• Pet & screening data — pet profile, symptoms you report, photos, and AI report outputs
• Payment data — processed by payment providers (e.g. Stripe); we do not store full card numbers
• Usage data — device/browser info, pages visited, and referral/UTM parameters

3. How we use information

• Deliver AI dental screening reports and optional veterinary follow-up
• Process payments, credits, and customer support
• Improve product quality and security (including optional de-identified photo training if you consent)
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell your pet’s health information.

• Licensed veterinarians and clinics involved in your optional consult or care pathway
• Service providers (hosting, auth, payments, email) under contractual confidentiality
